Auguste Clot published a color lithograph after this work that was printed by his son André in 1914. See Cherpin, L'Oeuvre gravé de Cézanne, Marseille, 1972, no. 9. Note the figure in the foreground, who is in the same pose as the bather of Grandes baigneuses, 1906 (981).
Venturi (1936) described the colors in the painting as: "Feuillage en vert nuancé, nappe d'un blanc-bleu. Personnages habillés de différents bleus. Femme vue de dos habillée de jaune."
